Our platform provides a unique way to capture the full attention of online prospects and clients by offering a virtual experience of 'breaking bread together' during web meetings and events; it simplifies the process of nurturing business relationships by enabling users to send meal invitations integrated within their calendar, improving the participation and quality of virtual interactions.

Growth Opportunity To this point, our sales and marketing strategy relied on our partners to promote the platform. Moving forward we strongly believe the new strategy should be selling the platform directly. We strongly believe the platform can be in a stronger place financially with the right team behind it. Given my desire to retire, we have not pulled this growth lever but have a clear sight of what needs to be done under new ownership. We are happy to discuss GTM strategy with prospective buyers.
