Growth Opportunity:

We are two technical founders who have focused primarily on building the products and the infrastructure behind them. Our commercial reach has been concentrated in the French-speaking market, mainly serving freelancers, independent professionals, and solo entrepreneurs. Our ability to scale distribution and sell to larger organizations has been more limited than our ability to build software. We see three opportunities for a buyer with complementary commercial strengths: 1. Develop a premium AI agent offering. Build on the existing content tools, CRM, messaging capabilities, and LinkPost MCP connector to coordinate more of the LinkedIn acquisition workflow. This could support a higher-value offering centered on work completed and time saved. 2. Expand distribution in English-speaking markets. Bilingual email workflows, educational resources, and existing USD sales provide a starting point. A buyer with an English-speaking audience, partner network, or sales capability could build on this foundation. 3. Introduce agency and team plans. Our focus has been on individual users with smaller budgets and less predictable retention. Multi-client workspaces, collaboration, approval workflows, and consolidated reporting could open access to agencies and larger businesses with higher contract values. These opportunities require further development and commercial validation. A buyer would inherit working products and supporting assets, with room to apply their own distribution, positioning, and sales expertise. We are two developers at heart. We spent roughly 80% of our time building the products and 20% on distribution, because building software is what we enjoy most and where our strengths lie. That focus has produced a substantial product and operational foundation, while commercial expansion has received less attention. The opportunity for a marketing-led buyer is to reverse that balance: take the products we have built and put distribution, positioning, and sales at the center. A buyer’s strongest skills could address the areas we have invested in least.
