Competitor to Lovable, Replit, Base44 and v0: users build projects/companies by chatting with AI. 📌 The opportunity: we built a broad product and reached an $83k/mo peak through organic demand. The subsequent decline is churn-driven—not annual-plan timing. We had not yet chosen a single ICP, so positioning, onboarding, and customer success remained too broad. Revenue has not stabilized. The clearest opportunity is to choose one ICP and build the product and go-to-market around retention. About the product: It builds websites, web apps, mobile apps (iOS/Android), Chrome Extensions, bots for Slack, Whatsapp, Telegram, Discord. We also added features that help users build actual businesses around those projects: email sending/sequences, branding room, logo/color generation, and the ability to charge clients for projects built in the app, with 0% fee taken by us. Under the hood, it’s of course Claude (or other AI models) that do the coding → we wrap around with other tools, but at the end of the day we resell AI tokens with a margin set by us. How it works: Users describe what they want, the app builds it, then they keep editing until done.
