We're mostly selling to 1 demographic (grandmothers), we believe this brand can be expanded and build around other demographics too (confirmed there's demand for such products from mothers too via other brands). Competitors (big brands) are building their business around kits and subscription, there's an opportunity for owner who has experience building and monetizing such businesses. We've never tried Amazon. SEO is something we don't really have knowledge off so this could be a big opportunity for potential buyer. Product development: this is a big one as we're still selling generic Chinese products for someone experienced in selling, developing children's products and who has the funds to do so, unique products could be a game changer for this business. We believe this niche is very underdeveloped and there's lots of opportunities to manufacture and sell unique products. We've created some seasonal custom products but without much success.
