1. Paid ads. Can't stress this enough. All the growth has only come from cold email and referrals so far. I worked for a competitor doing the same thing for 3 years, he scaled to 250k/mo with paid ads alone. Lots more $$ to be made, but would just have to dial in the CAC and LTV nicely. 2. Outbound B2B dialers. I was personally doing this along with our CSM, So a great conversion rate, only con is the time invested. If you could confidently outsource this, I can almost guarantee an extra 1-3 demos being set per day as we were doing the same. Lists and numbers already ported into CRM. 3. We have customers requesting 2 additional separate services that could be very lucrative, but Im going to gatekeep from the listing for disclosure reasons. Will share upon request. About a quarter of our current customers list are asking us to provide the service, I just haven't given enough time to figure out logistics. 4. Automations within Airtable.
