Our team is deeply rooted in engineering and product development, and while we’ve built a strong, high-quality platform, we’ve only scratched the surface when it comes to marketing. A founder or operator with a background in growth or distribution could unlock substantial upside here. To date, our marketing efforts have been limited to basic optimization on LinkedIn and Meta (Facebook/Instagram). Even within those channels, we see room for improvement. Beyond that, there is significant low-hanging fruit across underutilized acquisition channels. Many of our competitors are actively leveraging SEO, influencer partnerships, affiliate programs, and TikTok-style viral content to drive scalable growth. We haven’t had the bandwidth or expertise to test those, and believe there’s a clear opportunity for someone with a growth playbook to come in and scale efficiently. On the product side, one of the most promising opportunities is to expand our Auto-Apply feature into a fully automated job application engine. This would allow users to simply select their target roles, while the platform automatically generates tailored resumes and completes applications on their behalf. This has the potential to significantly increase free-to-paid conversion rates, as well as boost customer LTV by introducing usage-based pricing tiers (e.g., number of applications per month).
