Potential clients include small/ medium brick and mortar businesses, digital marketing firms, businesses with branches in different locations that need local SEO, bloggers, startups and growth hackers. While we are a B2B SAAS, I have and have had many clients who wanted us to offer a "done for you solution". This means that the business model may not be fully automated, but the overhead when offering these services is usually very profitable as SMB owners very often don't have the time or interest in learning about SEO, but do know about the benefits. We have often settled them outside the standard payment gateway for their convenience. We were on Appsumo for a few months to drive sales, get customer reviews and make some money. Our spending on digital marketing has been pretty much null, same as social media marketing. We've focused on delivering new and better product features which, because of lack of liquidity, have taken much longer than what they should have. There are a couple of features that I would consider adding to the tool: 1) Upsell done-for-you SEO packages. While this is not as hands off, the simple UI allows for any VA to handle the article creation, and client management via email, and the profit is exceptional. 2) Competitor analysis. A simple analysis on what is working for competitors and keywords to use in the site and content (in other words identify missing keywords) would allow users know what direction to take when working on their SEO and content marketing. Serpstat, one of the data providers we use, has all this information under a single API and would not increase costs much. 3) Another feature to consider would be GBP optimization, but making it as simple as possible. There are quite a few SAAS that offer APIs for this data. This said the tool already delivers plenty for any target customer to benefit from it. I'm happy to share my thoughts, what has worked and what I would do to keep growing the business
