I've built a complete reseller toolkit for iOS, Android and web, and I'm selling the product, brand and technology behind it for $15,000. It brings product identification, pricing research, stock discovery, inventory and eBay listing tools into one workflow. A reseller can photograph an item or scan its barcode, identify it, check individual eBay sold-listing comparisons, compare Vinted listings and CeX cash/voucher values, then manage the item and prepare a listing. Kestrel adds marketplace monitoring to help users find potential stock. The value is practical: less time switching between research tools and more information before buying or pricing stock. WHAT YOU'RE BUYING • Live mobile apps and a web dashboard, launched in March 2026. • Existing paying subscriptions: 14 active subscriptions and approximately $198 normalized MRR when checked on 3 November. • 3,441 combined store downloads/install events through 2 November, including repeat installs; a UK iOS rating of 5/5 from seven ratings. • My maintained eBay sold-comparison collector, Vinted and CeX tools, Kestrel monitoring, AI identification and listing workflows. • 147,545 identification-cache records supporting lookup reuse. This is a document count, not a claim of that many unique products. • The associated Discord reseller community, Hive Points rewards system, giveaway tools, and owned promotional assets. LEANER RUNNING COSTS I've already done substantial work to reduce costs. SerpApi is retired, and I removed unnecessary paid cloud instances and old deployment storage. My forward core operating budget, after the CompSniper subscription ends on 7 November, is approximately $63/month using shared allocations, or $70/month if a buyer budgets for the full existing web-hosting plan, at observed usage. This includes the collector VPS, proxy allowance, cloud services, estimated AI usage and web hosting. CompSniper has been disabled and its key removed from the live backend; Stripe confirms the subscription ends on 7 November with no further $29 monthly renewal. Those figures exclude store deductions/taxes, developer memberships, domains, occasional builds, additional marketing/giveaways and the buyer's own time. Graft and Trainimals are separate cloud projects excluded from the selected app-project export. Good Turn Goods shares some infrastructure, so the full app-project allowance remains a conservative budget. Shared allocations and AI usage are estimates; the cloud figure extrapolates actual 10–31 October usage. They are operating budgets, not a profit forecast. WHY THE HISTORICAL ACCOUNTS LOOK DIFFERENT The historical period includes launch, development and services I no longer use: $575 of net SerpApi spending, roughly $131 in startup platform/membership costs, earlier higher cloud charges, and a £60 allowance for completed giveaway awards. Some memberships renew annually. I ran giveaways as part of building the audience; ongoing prize commitments will be disclosed during handover. For the period through 31 October, reported revenue is $1,154.80 and the reconstructed management estimate is a $676.07 loss. October revenue was $160.07 with an estimated $33.84 loss. The annual expense figure of about $1,831 includes approximately $369 of estimated store/tax deductions plus $1,462 of operating/startup costs. I have kept these historical figures visible and supplied the supporting breakdown; they don't represent today's monthly core budget. Figures include disclosed estimates and are not audited or bank-settled accounts. OPERATIONS AND GROWTH Once set up, routine operation is largely automated and requires minimal day-to-day maintenance. The modular backend and collector can be expanded with additional capacity as demand grows; costs will increase with usage and marketplace integrations still need monitoring and occasional updates. The clearest opportunity is to convert more existing interest into subscriptions through better onboarding, reseller/creator partnerships, specialist workflows and consistent content. Kestrel, the Discord community and Hive Points provide more ways to build retention. The sold-comparison and product/pricing infrastructure also creates a starting point for a metered data API, price-history tools or resale-trend analytics, subject to source permissions and validation. These are growth opportunities, not existing API revenue. GROWTH METRIC CONTEXT The displayed 530% is annualised subscription growth calculated from April's $63.09 to October's $158.35 over six monthly intervals (16.6% compounded monthly). It is not measured year-on-year growth or a forecast. September-to-October subscription revenue fell 44.5%. The active-user band uses 490 RevenueCat identities over 28 days, not a deduplicated count of people. I'm offering an existing product, subscription base and technical head start to a buyer who wants to grow a reseller software business. Good Turn Goods and my other businesses are excluded. Shared infrastructure separation, eligible data/assets, store transfers, community transfer, outstanding promotions and a defined handover will be agreed during diligence. Personal marketplace accounts and permanent/exclusive access to marketplace data are not included.
I see several clear ways for a buyer to grow from the existing product and paying-user base: 1. Improve onboarding and free-to-paid conversion. The scanning, pricing, inventory and listing workflow is already built; explain that value better and test the subscription journey. 2. Build repeatable distribution through reseller creators, specialist content, SEO and partnerships. The associated Discord community provides an existing audience to build on. 3. Develop Kestrel monitoring and specialist book, gaming, Vinted, CeX and eBay workflows to serve repeat users with clearer use cases. 4. Use Hive Points and community campaigns to support engagement. I've already run point-entry giveaways; the software is included, while existing prize obligations will be addressed during handover. 5. Explore a metered sold-comparisons API, price-history tools and resale-trend analytics using the existing collection and product/pricing infrastructure. Source permissions, capacity and commercial demand need validation; there is no existing API revenue. My forward core operating budget, after CompSniper ends on 7 November, is about $63/month shared or $70/month with the full existing web-hosting plan, at observed usage and before the exclusions detailed in the description/P&L. That gives a buyer a lower-cost starting point than the historical development period, without assuming future profit.
