Growth Opportunity:

Currently, the revenues of this business are solely due to a bit of SEO and the positioning of the website pages on Google. As I believe in this way, if I were to keep this business, I would: 1) ADD MORE LANGUAGES. Currently the languages available are Italian and German and French. The big opportunity is to add English, Spanish, Dutch and then other European languages. Why so many European languages? Don't European customers know English? They know English, but they search in their own language and the pages they find are those in the SERP of their language. I am using a very simple and effective long tail strategy that allows some new pages produced for a new language, to rank in the first google page in 2-4 weeks. This strategy will be disclosed as a part of the sale of the business. 2) ADD MORE WEB SITE PAGES FOR THE EXISTING LANGUAGES. The objective is to rank in the first google page for a high number of searches. 3) ENTER NEW SEGMENTS OF THE BICYCLE MARKET, WHILE KEEPING THE BUSINESS SIMPLE. I mean add just a couple of sku's for each new segment. My current third parties can produce every kind of bicycle. 4) EXPLOIT THE OPPORTUNITY OF ZEHUS ELECTRIC ENGINE IN ORDER TO SELL E-BIKES THAT LOOKS ANDWEIGHT LIKE A TRADITIONAL BIKE. I have started this activity and it is really successull. But I went out of stock a lot some months ago and, as I am not focussed anymore on this. business, I have not ordered more Zehus engines toproduce more e-bikes. 5) EXPLOIT THE OPPORTUNITY OF THE HUGE US MARKET The opportunity to sell "special bicycles handcraft in Italy" in US is really huge. It implies to establish an additional warehousing in US. I do not like to work using web-marketing, FB, CRM, etc., so I didn't. That said, I think that it is an area where there are huge unexploited opportunities.
