AI Landing Page Builder SaaS: $125K TTM Revenue, $74K Profit, 93% Gross Margin

This self-serve SaaS helps small businesses, marketers and agencies create high-converting landing pages in minutes. Users enter a short business description and AI agents research the audience, write the copy, build the page and publish it on the customer's own domain, with lead capture, analytics, A/B testing and AI ad creatives built in. Since launching in June 2025 it has earned $124.7k in trailing 12 month revenue and $73.9k in profit (61% net margin, 93% gross margin), with 285 paying customers today. 98% of revenue is recurring and the business runs in under 5 hours a week with no employees. Key highlights: - $109k ARR and low concentration (top customer under 1% of revenue) - Growth driven by search, email and partners: under 3% of new subscriptions have ever come from paid ads - Polar.sh is merchant of record and handles global sales tax and VAT - Clear upside: 95% of revenue comes from Israel while the product already runs in 7 languages, and there are no annual plans yet

Asking Price Reasoning
$350k is 4.7x trailing 12 month profit ($73.9k SDE) and 3.2x ARR ($109k), below the 5x profit Acquire suggests for SaaS. That profit already includes a June to October 2026 Meta ad test ($9.3k in the period) that produced 2 of 137 new subscriptions and has been switched off; excluding it, trailing 12 month profit was $83.2k (4.2x). A buyer gets a 93% gross margin, 285 paying customers, low concentration and under 5 hours a week of work, with international markets, annual plans and retention work as untested upside on top of current profit.

  • Business-to-business (B2B)
Self-serve SaaS with a freemium funnel. Users start on a free Tester plan (25 credits per month, no credit card) and upgrade to monthly subscriptions: Starter $27, Builder $47 and Pro $97. About 98% of revenue is recurring subscriptions. Additional revenue comes from one-time credit packs (25, 50 and 100 credits) for users who need more AI generations. Customers are small businesses, marketers and agencies who need high-converting landing pages for their ads. All payments run through Polar.sh as merchant of record, which handles global sales tax and VAT.

Growth Opportunities
  • Increase digital marketing
  • Expand to new markets
  • Improve conversion rates
  • Increase pricing
  • New product features
1) New markets: about 95% of revenue comes from Israel, yet the product and site are already localized in 7 languages. Taking the same search, email and partner playbook to the US, Europe and Latin America is the biggest lever. 2) Organic channels: under 3% of new subscriptions ever came from paid ads, and Google-referred signups tripled from July to September 2026, so SEO and content are a proven, compounding channel. 3) Retention: there are no annual plans today. Annual billing, pause and downgrade offers at cancellation, and onboarding emails can cut churn and lift lifetime value. 4) Pricing: about 78% of revenue is on the $27 Starter plan. Better plan packaging, usage-based upsells (credit packs already sell) and an agency tier can raise revenue per customer. 5) Product: A/B testing and AI ad creatives are already built in. Integrations with ad platforms and CRMs would deepen lock-in for agencies.

Selling Reasoning
  • Lack of time
  • Starting a new venture
We're focusing on a new venture and no longer have the time Landy deserves. The business takes under 5 hours a week to run, but the growth opportunities (international expansion, SEO and annual plans) need an owner who can put real time into them. We'll support the buyer for 30 days after the sale with a full handover of the code, infrastructure, accounts and processes.
Financing
  • Bootstrapped
