With one click, it finds international and Canada-based jobs that accept applicants from outside Canada, matches them to the candidate's profile, and applies on the candidate's behalf automatically. A powerful upsell and a strong reason for customers to stay. STUDY ABROAD MATCHING A rule-based matching engine across Canadian Designated Learning Institutions and their programs, scoring each option against the student's profile, budget and goals. STAGED PAYMENTS AND SIDE SERVICES Revenue comes in milestones as the file moves forward, plus side services: document collection and file preparation, IELTS preparation, job search and study abroad placement. Multiple live payment lanes cover card, international wire transfer and regional checkout. Full-stack Next.js and React application on Vercel with a Supabase PostgreSQL backend. The AI layer runs on multiple large language models (Anthropic Claude, OpenAI, Google Gemini and others through OpenRouter) with automatic fallback between providers. Transactional and marketing email runs on an in-house engine over Resend and SMTP, with IMAP inbox sync for the agent mailbox. Payments through Stripe plus wire transfer and regional checkout lanes. Scheduled jobs run on Vercel cron and Supabase pg_cron. PDF report generation, document parsing (CV, PDF, Word) and headless browser automation are built in. The job platform is a separate Next.js application on the same stack.

The platform is built to scale well beyond its current operation. The largest untapped asset is the existing lead base: a large volume of past leads has never been fully worked, and the AI sales team can re-engage them at almost no added cost. Adding human agents to the existing agent panel increases closing capacity immediately, with no new tools needed. The IELTS preparation platform and the one-click job platform can be sold as standalone products to audiences outside immigration. The same engine can expand to new destination countries such as Australia, the UK and New Zealand, and to new source markets, since the personas and funnel already run in multiple languages. The guide content and draw bulletins create a strong base for SEO and content marketing, which today is a minor channel next to paid ads. Finally, the entire system can be licensed to other immigration consultancies as a white-label platform, opening a B2B revenue stream.
