Two production products for US home services contractors running ServiceTitan. One answers phone, webchat, and SMS and books real appointments into ServiceTitan against live capacity. Verified across 8,712 calls: 1,201 bookings, 67.2 percent adjusted booking rate, about 40 percent of bookings after hours, and 99.4 percent of callers did not detect AI. Two runs outbound AR recovery by email, SMS, and voice with Reg F-aligned rules enforced in code, attributing $664K of collected AR for a multi-brand client in its first 4 months, live on 5 brands in 8 weeks. Bootstrapped, $1.07M collected lifetime, three founders. The anchor enterprise build contract completed in July 2026, so trailing revenue is build-heavy and current recurring is small. Included: platform and IP, write-level ServiceTitan integration, a signed contract with about $160K of remaining milestone value plus an MSA path, live deployments, and a documented GTM engine with a 5,200-operator lead database.
