We’re a fully remote Klaviyo email marketing agency who specialise in delivering high-performance email campaigns, automated flows, as well as a focus on a number of other areas such as: - Email design - Deliverability - Segmentation - Strategy / planning - HTML / CSS / Python - Klaviyo apps / integrations - SMS / WhatsApp marketing We have worked with over 40 businesses since starting the agency back in January 2023 and these businesses range from coffee, fashion, beauty, mental health, sports, supplements, and many more. The agency is currently run by 2 people but will occasionally introduce a designer a set number of hours as and when needed. There are currently 4 clients on monthly retainers with the overall monthly income totalling £6,220 / $8,300. Client 1: £1,750 Client 2: £1,650 Client 3: £1,500 Client 4: £1,320 Out of the above 4 retainers, 3 of them have been with us for 18+ months.

*Buyer will likely see a return of around $4k profit per month from month 1, and this can be increased to $6k+ per month very quickly* We have posted a yearly revenue of £65,000+ / $85,000+ for 2 years in a row. We have set an asking price of $82,500 as the turnover has been £65,000+ / $85,000+ for the past 2 years. We are happy to take a 80% upfront payment, with the remaining 20% being paid off over 3 months. We’d propose that you keep both of us on for 3-12 months to ensure a smooth transition. Once handover is compete, we'd love to assist as consultants. We’d would stay on as employees with a wage of around £2,000p/m / $2,750p/m for a minimum of 3 months. We would be managing absolutely everything in the day-to-day, which means client relationships would continue as they are now, and we can ensure that no clients get surprised with a new buyer.
