AI second brain that remembers everything — notes, files, Gmail, Notion, and answers instantly

An AI-powered personal knowledge management platform that connects scattered information across notes, Google Drive, Gmail, Notion, Readwise, local files, and other sources into a searchable second brain. The platform remembers user information, uncovers relationships between ideas, answers questions using personal knowledge, and delivers reminders and daily briefings based on connected data. Built on a local-first AI architecture with on-device embeddings, a local vector database, hybrid local and cloud retrieval, and a knowledge graph engine, the platform prioritizes privacy while supporting desktop, web, and mobile experiences. Key Highlights ✅ AI-powered second brain for personal knowledge management ✅ Connects notes, Google Drive, Gmail, Notion, Readwise, and local files ✅ Answers questions using a user's own connected knowledge and data ✅ Includes reminders, daily briefings, and automatic concept discovery ✅ Built on a local-first AI architecture with knowledge graph and hybrid search ✅ Serves approximately 200 paying subscribers, 15.1K registered users, and a 12K-subscriber email list

Asking Price Reasoning
Priced on assets, not just revenue: ~$35k ARR from ~200 subscribers, plus what a buyer gets day one — 2 years of engineering across desktop, web, iOS & Chrome (local-first AI stack: on-device embeddings, vector DB, knowledge-graph engine), 22.9k registered users, a 10k email list, and a proven activation lever (users who connect data retain at 13x baseline). Rebuilding the tech alone would exceed the ask; comparable AI SaaS lists at 3–5x ARR. Also, an enterprise deal is WIP for the tech.

Niche down on one area that we found signals in: - Researcher-heavy flows for academic labs to quickly connect and recall ideas across the huge amounts of papers they've saved up - Consultancy / advisory firms and setting up a sync of all their data sources to allow recall of important client details in seconds instead of hours of scouring

Selling Reasoning
  • Starting a new venture
  • Other
There's tremendous love for the project (back to back viral on Reddit), but even though the idea is great and context for AI is a huge problem (feeding it all the right apps' data so it can give you right answers with memories across them), I don't enjoy this anymore. There's a lot of applications, scaling, and versions to go down. As well as cost optimizations. Also I have an auto blog writer strategy to rank on Google which brings users in.
