AI Reselling App: eBay Sold Data, Vinted, CeX & Kestrel | 3.4K+ Store Installs

I've built a complete reseller toolkit for iOS, Android and web, and I'm selling the product, brand and technology behind it for $15,000. It brings product identification, pricing research, stock discovery, inventory and eBay listing tools into one workflow. A reseller can photograph an item or scan its barcode, identify it, check individual eBay sold-listing comparisons, compare Vinted listings and CeX cash/voucher values, then manage the item and prepare a listing. Kestrel adds marketplace monitoring to help users find potential stock. The value is practical: less time switching between research tools and more information before buying or pricing stock. WHAT YOU'RE BUYING • Live mobile apps and a web dashboard, launched in March 2026. • Existing paying subscriptions: 14 active subscriptions and approximately $198 normalized MRR when checked on 3 November. • 3,441 combined store downloads/install events through 2 November, including repeat installs; a UK iOS rating of 5/5 from seven ratings. • My maintained eBay sold-comparison collector, Vinted and CeX tools, Kestrel monitoring, AI identification and listing workflows. • 147,545 identification-cache records supporting lookup reuse. This is a document count, not a claim of that many unique products. • The associated Discord reseller community, Hive Points rewards system, giveaway tools, and owned promotional assets. LEANER RUNNING COSTS I've already done substantial work to reduce costs. SerpApi is retired, and I removed unnecessary paid cloud instances and old deployment storage. My forward core operating budget, after the CompSniper subscription ends on 7 November, is approximately $63/month using shared allocations, or $70/month if a buyer budgets for the full existing web-hosting plan, at observed usage. This includes the collector VPS, proxy allowance, cloud services, estimated AI usage and web hosting. CompSniper has been disabled and its key removed from the live backend; Stripe confirms the subscription ends on 7 November with no further $29 monthly renewal. Those figures exclude store deductions/taxes, developer memberships, domains, occasional builds, additional marketing/giveaways and the buyer's own time. Graft and Trainimals are separate cloud projects excluded from the selected app-project export. Good Turn Goods shares some infrastructure, so the full app-project allowance remains a conservative budget. Shared allocations and AI usage are estimates; the cloud figure extrapolates actual 10–31 October usage. They are operating budgets, not a profit forecast. WHY THE HISTORICAL ACCOUNTS LOOK DIFFERENT The historical period includes launch, development and services I no longer use: $575 of net SerpApi spending, roughly $131 in startup platform/membership costs, earlier higher cloud charges, and a £60 allowance for completed giveaway awards. Some memberships renew annually. I ran giveaways as part of building the audience; ongoing prize commitments will be disclosed during handover. For the period through 31 October, reported revenue is $1,154.80 and the reconstructed management estimate is a $676.07 loss. October revenue was $160.07 with an estimated $33.84 loss. The annual expense figure of about $1,831 includes approximately $369 of estimated store/tax deductions plus $1,462 of operating/startup costs. I have kept these historical figures visible and supplied the supporting breakdown; they don't represent today's monthly core budget. Figures include disclosed estimates and are not audited or bank-settled accounts. OPERATIONS AND GROWTH Once set up, routine operation is largely automated and requires minimal day-to-day maintenance. The modular backend and collector can be expanded with additional capacity as demand grows; costs will increase with usage and marketplace integrations still need monitoring and occasional updates. The clearest opportunity is to convert more existing interest into subscriptions through better onboarding, reseller/creator partnerships, specialist workflows and consistent content. Kestrel, the Discord community and Hive Points provide more ways to build retention. The sold-comparison and product/pricing infrastructure also creates a starting point for a metered data API, price-history tools or resale-trend analytics, subject to source permissions and validation. These are growth opportunities, not existing API revenue. GROWTH METRIC CONTEXT The displayed 530% is annualised subscription growth calculated from April's $63.09 to October's $158.35 over six monthly intervals (16.6% compounded monthly). It is not measured year-on-year growth or a forecast. September-to-October subscription revenue fell 44.5%. The active-user band uses 490 RevenueCat identities over 28 days, not a deduplicated count of people. I'm offering an existing product, subscription base and technical head start to a buyer who wants to grow a reseller software business. Good Turn Goods and my other businesses are excluded. Shared infrastructure separation, eligible data/assets, store transfers, community transfer, outstanding promotions and a defined handover will be agreed during diligence. Personal marketplace accounts and permanent/exclusive access to marketplace data are not included.

Asking Price Reasoning
I'm asking $15,000 for the product and the head start it gives a buyer: live iOS/Android apps and web dashboard, owned code and brand, existing subscriptions, eBay sold-comparison infrastructure, Kestrel, Vinted/CeX tools, Discord community and eligible product/cache assets. At the last check there were 14 active subscriptions and about $198 normalized MRR. Following CompSniper cancellation, the forward core operating budget is about $63–$70/month at observed usage, before the exclusions in my financial breakdown. Historical losses include startup spending and retired services; I am not valuing this on positive historical profit. The opportunity is to grow conversion and distribution around an established product, with potential API and analytics extensions. Transfer scope and a defined handover will be agreed during diligence.

Business Model
  • Subscription
  • Advertising
  • Freemium
I've built a freemium product with recurring paid subscriptions through Apple and Google, plus advertising revenue from the free audience. At the 3 November check, there were 14 active subscriptions and approximately $198 normalized MRR. These are my existing income streams. The buyer can focus on onboarding, retention and free-to-paid conversion around a product that already has paying users. A paid sold-comparisons API or analytics product would be a separate growth opportunity; I have not included hypothetical API income or Good Turn Goods shop income in the figures.
Tech Stack
  • Flutter
  • Python
  • Firebase
  • Google Cloud
  • Netlify
  • Docker
I built the mobile product in Flutter/Dart, supported by a web dashboard, a Python/FastAPI backend on Google Cloud Run, Firebase Authentication/Firestore, RevenueCat and an OVH Linux collector VPS. The collector brings together individual eBay sold comparisons, Vinted and CeX data for the app's pricing workflows. Kestrel adds marketplace monitoring. Routine operation is largely automated once configured, with warm browser sessions for responsiveness and monitoring/occasional integration updates still required. The modular backend and collector can be expanded with additional capacity as demand grows, with usage-related costs. The owned code, deployment documentation and a defined technical handover give a buyer a practical starting point. Some commerce infrastructure is shared with Good Turn Goods; separation or a continuing arrangement must be agreed. Personal marketplace accounts are excluded.
Growth Opportunities
  • Improve conversion rates
  • Focus on SEO
  • Social media marketing
  • New product features
I see several clear ways for a buyer to grow from the existing product and paying-user base: 1. Improve onboarding and free-to-paid conversion. The scanning, pricing, inventory and listing workflow is already built; explain that value better and test the subscription journey. 2. Build repeatable distribution through reseller creators, specialist content, SEO and partnerships. The associated Discord community provides an existing audience to build on. 3. Develop Kestrel monitoring and specialist book, gaming, Vinted, CeX and eBay workflows to serve repeat users with clearer use cases. 4. Use Hive Points and community campaigns to support engagement. I've already run point-entry giveaways; the software is included, while existing prize obligations will be addressed during handover. 5. Explore a metered sold-comparisons API, price-history tools and resale-trend analytics using the existing collection and product/pricing infrastructure. Source permissions, capacity and commercial demand need validation; there is no existing API revenue. My forward core operating budget, after CompSniper ends on 7 November, is about $63/month shared or $70/month with the full existing web-hosting plan, at observed usage and before the exclusions detailed in the description/P&L. That gives a buyer a lower-cost starting point than the historical development period, without assuming future profit. Metric context: the displayed 530% is ANNUALISED subscription-revenue growth from April $63.09 to October $158.35 across six monthly intervals (16.6% compounded monthly). It is not measured year-on-year growth or a forecast; September-to-October revenue fell 44.5%.

Selling Reasoning
  • Other
I'm offering a full sale of the product I've built and launched, so a buyer can give it a focused commercial push. The mobile apps, web dashboard, subscription journey, collector, inventory tools and community features are already in place. I see the next opportunity in stronger distribution and conversion: reseller partnerships, content, specialist workflows and developing Kestrel. For $15,000, a buyer gets the existing product, owned code and brand, subscription base and eligible assets rather than starting the build from scratch. I'll agree a practical, defined handover during diligence. Good Turn Goods and my other businesses are excluded; store/community transfers, eligible data, shared infrastructure and outstanding promotions need an agreed transfer plan.
Financing
  • Bootstrapped
I've funded the business personally and have no external investment rounds to account for. Existing income is Apple/Google subscriptions and Google advertising. The historical accounts include spending to launch and develop the product: $575 net on the now-retired SerpApi service, approximately $131 of initial platform/membership costs, earlier higher cloud charges and a £60 allowance for completed giveaway awards. Some memberships renew annually; giveaway fulfilment will be checked during handover. The reconstructed TTM figures are $1,154.80 revenue, approximately $1,831 total expenses including store/tax deductions, and a $676.07 loss. These are disclosed management estimates, not audited accounts. My forward core monthly budget after CompSniper ends on 7 November is different: projected cloud usage £18.91, collector VPS £12.72, AI approximately £5 (estimate), proxies $12 and a $1.50 shared web-hosting allocation. That totals approximately $62.79 at the October exchange-rate basis. Allowing the full existing $9 web-hosting plan instead gives approximately $70.29/month. Cloud uses actual 10–31 October usage extrapolated to a month; shared-service allocations are estimates. The core budget excludes app-store fees/taxes, annual developer memberships, domains, occasional builds, extra marketing/giveaways and the buyer's time. Costs can rise with usage and a buyer's setup. I've reduced avoidable infrastructure costs, while keeping the historical loss visible rather than presenting a budget or $198 normalized MRR as net profit. Full supporting figures and assumptions are in the P&L. Stripe confirms the CompSniper subscription ends on 7 November with no further $29 monthly renewal. Its key was removed and the provider disabled in the live backend on 4 November. Prior paid invoices remain in the historical accounts. GraftAI and Trainimals are separate cloud projects excluded from the selected app-project export; the full app-project allowance still includes shared Good Turn Goods services conservatively.
