Profitable IT Infrastructure Supplier Positioned for the AI & Data Center Expansion

My company is an established, profitable B2B supplier of new-surplus and professionally refurbished servers, storage, networking equipment, and fiber infrastructure from leading manufacturers including Cisco, Meraki, HPE, Dell and others. As AI adoption accelerates, the infrastructure behind it is expanding rapidly. AI workloads require significantly more compute, storage, high-speed networking, switching, optics, fiber and data-center capacity. Quality Networks is already positioned in this ecosystem, supplying businesses with enterprise-grade infrastructure at substantial savings versus traditional OEM channels. We currently serve 250+ corporate customers, primarily in the United States and Canada, providing routers, switches, optics, network modules, servers, storage, fiber optics and related infrastructure. A Compelling Alternative to Traditional OEM Purchasing Enterprise networking and infrastructure equipment can be expensive and often subject to long manufacturer lead times. Cisco equipment, for example, can commonly have lead times of several weeks. QNI can frequently provide equipment as quickly as the next day while saving customers approximately 40–50%, depending on the product and availability. Our equipment comes from trusted sources, is rigorously tested, and is backed by a lifetime warranty, creating a compelling combination of price, availability and customer confidence. Valuable Supplier Network Built Over Many Years A major competitive advantage is the company's long-standing membership in UNEDA, an established association of networking and infrastructure equipment dealers. This relationship provides access to a trusted international network of suppliers and significant inventory without requiring Quality Networks to carry the overhead associated with maintaining a massive warehouse. Membership has become increasingly difficult to obtain, making this established relationship particularly valuable to the business and a future owner. Significant Untapped Growth Opportunity Perhaps the most compelling part of the opportunity is how little traditional sales and marketing has been required to build the business to its current level. QNI has historically operated as a lean, owner-run company with virtually no dedicated outbound sales team, digital marketing, SEO or social media strategy. I've recently invested in Apollo.io to begin building a more systematic outbound sales engine, and the early results are encouraging, including two new customers added last month. A buyer could potentially accelerate growth by: Building a dedicated outbound sales team Expanding Apollo and email-based prospecting Investing in SEO, paid search and content marketing Targeting AI infrastructure, data-center and high-performance computing opportunities Expanding server and storage sales Developing partnerships with MSPs, VARs and IT consultants Increasing penetration within the existing customer base Expanding geographically Attractive Strategic Acquisition or Partnership Opportunity Quality Networks could be particularly valuable as a bolt-on acquisition for an MSP, VAR, IT services company, hardware distributor or infrastructure provider that already has a sales organization and customer base. An acquirer could immediately add an established networking/server/storage hardware division with supplier relationships, sourcing capabilities, customers and decades of industry knowledge rather than building those capabilities from scratch. It also presents an opportunity for an entrepreneurial buyer who wants an established platform with significant operating leverage and exposure to the continued expansion of enterprise, cloud, data-center and AI infrastructure. Key Highlights ✅ Established and profitable B2B infrastructure business ✅ 250+ corporate customers, primarily in the U.S. and Canada ✅ Servers, storage, switches, routers, optics, fiber and networking infrastructure ✅ Major brands including Cisco, Meraki, HPE and Dell ✅ Customers can save approximately 40–50% versus traditional channels on many purchases ✅ Ability to fulfill many orders immediately rather than waiting weeks for OEM delivery ✅ Lifetime warranty on equipment ✅ Long-standing and increasingly difficult-to-obtain UNEDA membership ✅ Extensive network of trusted equipment suppliers ✅ Strong repeat-customer business ✅ Extremely lean operating structure and low overhead ✅ Historically minimal outbound sales and marketing ✅ New Apollo.io outbound initiative already generating new customers ✅ Significant potential to expand servers/storage alongside AI and data-center infrastructure growth ✅ Excellent potential bolt-on for an MSP, VAR, distributor or IT infrastructure company Owner Transition / Deal Structure I am interested in selling approximately 80–90% while retaining a minority interest and remaining involved during the transition and growth phase. After building the supplier relationships, industry knowledge and customer base over many years, I believe the right buyer could combine these assets with a stronger sales and marketing engine to build this company into a substantially larger company. I'm particularly interested in finding a buyer who sees the same opportunity I do: AI may be changing the software world, but all of that AI ultimately requires physical infrastructure—servers, storage, networking, optics and fiber. We already knows how to source and deliver it.

Asking Price Reasoning
Over 12+ years, Quality Networks has consistently generated $350K+ in annual net profit while operating as essentially a one-person company with virtually no marketing and very limited outbound sales. The asking price reflects this proven profitability plus assets that would take years to recreate: 250+ corporate customers, strong repeat business, long-standing supplier relationships, valuable UNEDA membership, extremely low overhead, and a fully remote operating model with no need to physically handle inventory. After a slower 2024–2025, business has picked up significantly in 2026 and is trending back toward historical levels. There is substantial untapped growth potential through adding sales reps, outbound prospecting and digital marketing—particularly as AI and data-center expansion drives demand for servers, storage and networking infrastructure. I'd like to sell 80–90% of the company and stay involved to train sales reps and be the industry expert. Open to 100% sale as well.
